In response to Sera Waters: 'Cloth as Masquerader' Textiles Hand-cut vegetable-tanned leatherA thread pulling and embroidery practice on woven structures creates new fragments within two image series across print and textile. In this work, muslins are hand sewn together to create construction and fragmentation simultaneously, as the series continue to consider ideas of voice, silence and language through the words and works of women makers.
