Cask No. 133.4 Peated this enchanting malt marries coastalThe neat nose suggested to us 80 shilling ales infused with cocoa nibs, very gentle background peat smoke and lovely notes of candied citrus fruits, floral smoke and menthol vibes. When we added water we found pollens, lightly smoked apples, smouldering leaves and roasted pistachios. The neat palate opened with big notes of liquorice, cherry cola syrup, marzipan and spiced fruit chutneys. The peat still gently bubbled underneath. Reduction brought out
