I value Dual Lands very high in Green decks, its very common to draft 3+ color in this format and I use the same Cube approach where I like to pick lands high since theres never shortage of playable and you might be rewarded with some late draft gifts
However, Runic Armasaur does require your opponents to be running specific cards -- creatures and lands that have activated abilities that aren't mana abilities -- which contributes to its inconsistency
