If you put a Trickster's Elk on an opposing creature to shrink it down to a 3/3, and then the creature dies later on, you are the one left with the original 3/3 Elk on the battlefield, not your opponent
1 Cut: Tome of Legends The Card Has An Overly Complicated Draw Mechanic While there are arguments to remove several other cards, such as Hypnotic Sprite, Coveted Jewel, Ardbert, Urianger, and Astrologians Planisphere, I recommend removing Tome of Legends from Scions and Spellcraft
It is obviously awful against anything other than a deck with at least a couple of hard counters but it is pretty golden against those that do
