In anticipation of their release, we would like to introduce you to some of the new cards themed after FINAL FANTASY IX
It is weighted heavily towards two and three-cost so that you can play multiple cards each turn and have more opportunities to build your board while bouncing other cards back to your hand
This is a mashup of Leyline of Anticipation and Shimmer Myr
Both Chip and Dale are pictured above, and they partner well together (though Chips ability, despite its name, doesnt have to apply specifically as a bonus for Dale!)
While drawing one card for four mana might seem clunky by today's standards, rest assured this card saw a terrific amount of play during the early days of Magic
