This card screams combo piece, and if you were still looking to accidentally break Dockside Extortionist and Im not sure how you havent already this thing can offer a little more help
However, his +1 ability is his strongest aspect, as it almost guarantees each creature is entering the battlefield with riot
This card becomes playable (and strong!) through its Plot ability, which allows you to play it without paying its cost on a later turn when you've already slung some other spells
The original alternate win con is still great after all these years
It's such a powerful effect in Standard ramp decks to have a creature both become stronger based on the number of lands in play and also ramp that number up when it enters, and that's not the only use case for Lumra
