These cards do not count as official misprints for two reasons: the plates aren't defective and there's no need to create a new one and the correct plate simply is placed back on its correspondent position, and in most cases the mismatch was produced as part of an initial test printing

One theory comes from, among other places, a recent episode of The Command Zone

and I added morph with a cheap morph cost

Because these Cosmos Holo cards are test prints, they were likely not cut in a factory, but instead were later cut from an original sheet

And all the cards are legal for competitive play in their respective formats
