Sisay, Weatherlight Captain can search for a legendary permanent (though that activation uses one of each color, technically making Sisay's color identity all 5 colors on a white card with only 1 white and 2 colorless mana needed to cast.) Sisay is one of the rare MTG tutors that could also be a commander
