Scry 2 ties the whole package together mechanically, making it more likely you hit a creature worth freerolling into play
Like I mentioned with Stella, this could be a cantrip.dec but even more effective because it also gives you a bunch of tokens to win the game or tokens to get into a combo engine to win the game with instead
