They made their debut in "Duelist Nexus" in 2023, and have many common traits all Illusion monsters depict the Eye of Wdjat in their art, most of them cannot destroy or be destroyed in battle, and some of them support other Types outside themselves
Its a super synergistic build around me card, and you can bet Im going to build the hell out of a deck that takes advantage of Young Pyromancers youthful pyromancy (youre welcome for the redundancy, by the way)
Second, the deck looks to generate value through counters (infect, +1/+1 counters, amass, etc), to take advantage of Thran's proliferate ability
