Interesting effect for a standard Vehicle deck if that turns out to be a thing

Institute of Technology - Prestigious University, is a great Location card as it gives Inventor characters, of which there are quite a few in this deck, +1 Willpower as well as giving the player 1 Lore if they start their turn with a character at the University

Im just pointing out that this card is a Draft uncommon these days, with stats that could easily be on rare or mythic cards

The combination loses counterspells and card selection, making it more vulnerable to combo strategies
