It is, nonetheless, a very very good play that most people would not have found unless they were explicitly exposed to it before, and even then they might not have found it (the casters didnt, for example, though they were quick to catch onto it as it happened)
That's some solid versatility for such an unusual effect in this color pair, and even though it only has one printing, you can get it for about a quarter
If One with the Multiverse leaves the battlefield and later returns to the battlefield (or you play a second one), it's considered a new object and you may cast a spell using its last ability regardless of whether or not you did so earlier this turn using the enchantment that was on the battlefield before
