All you have to do is have Jumbo Cactuar out and able to attack, Jarad out, and three mana open during the attack step
Having played all three decks in both two-person and three-person play, we enjoyed the Sapphire and Steel deck the most, as its basically unstoppable (at least compared to the other Starter Decks) when ramped up properly
Between these threats and more complicated kinds of value engine, discard decks are able to successfully leverage an uneven war of attrition and tempo: drawing enough cheap spells to continuously trade for and neutralise the opponents draws, while also grinding steadily towards a more permanent victory
