You can only cast three spells in the chapters the card gives you, counter shenanigans notwithstanding, so you dont need to hit something in every graveyard to get full value here

Whenever Ratonhnhak:ton deals combat damage to a player, create a 1/1 black Assassin creature token with menace

It could be that these are negligible because you can attack someone wholl happily take the hit if you give them back a good card and theyll repay you in kind by reanimating your desired target

You really want to play this when nothing is in their hand, forcing them to discard that threat

Other examples include the "Voice of" group in White of four costed 2/2 flying Angels with protection from one color like Voice of Duty, and the Planar Chaos reverses like Prodigal Pyromancer and Prodigal Sorcerer
